Partner Terms

You agree to provide accurate KYC and vehicle information during registration, and to maintain valid licences, vehicle documents and any required approvals for as long as you're active on AKSD.

You agree to operate only under your approved category, Car, Executive, Keke, or Bike Dispatch, and not to use a vehicle or category that hasn't been verified and approved by AKSD.

You agree to keep your vehicle safe, clean and roadworthy, and to comply with traffic laws and AKSD's safety standards at all times while operating.

You agree not to manipulate trips, fares, GPS location, or payments in any way, including accepting and cancelling trips to manipulate matching, or using unauthorised devices or software to spoof location.

You agree to allow location tracking while online and during any active trip or delivery. This is required for matching, live tracking, and fare calculation.

You agree to treat riders, senders and recipients professionally and respectfully at all times.

You agree to AKSD's applicable platform fees and settlement rules. Where you accept card payments, your verified bank account is used for automatic payout of your earnings after AKSD's commission is deducted; you're responsible for keeping your bank details accurate and up to date.

Serious complaints, fraud, unsafe conduct, or expired documents may result in suspension or removal from the platform. Where possible, you'll be told the reason and given an opportunity to resolve it.

AKSD may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the Driver app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
