Dispatch Prohibited Items
Last updated 31 August 2026
AKSD Dispatch bikers collect and deliver documents and parcels across Akwa Ibom. To keep every biker, sender and recipient safe, the following items cannot be sent through AKSD Dispatch.
Items you cannot send
- •Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- •Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapons of any kind
- •Flammable, corrosive, toxic or otherwise hazardous materials
- •Live animals
- •Cash, currency, or bearer financial instruments
- •Stolen goods, or items obtained illegally
- •Human remains or body parts
- •Counterfeit goods
- •Anything whose possession or transport is illegal in Akwa Ibom State or Nigeria
Describe your item accurately
When you request a delivery, you'll be asked to describe the item and can add a photo. An accurate description helps AKSD match the right biker and protects both you and the biker if anything needs to be verified.
What happens if a prohibited item is sent
A biker may decline to collect an item they reasonably believe is prohibited or unsafe. Knowingly sending a prohibited item is a breach of the Rider Terms and Community Guidelines, and may result in account restriction.
Not sure if something is allowed?
